Important Notes
As of now, we have approximately 30 boys and 10 adult chaperones, ensuring a strong 3:1 supervision ratio.
To help foster a sense of unity and maximize engagement throughout the day, we encourage boys not to bring phones. If this presents a concern for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to discuss.
Dress Code: Please keep in mind that the day includes both an active, fun morning experience and the special zechus of meeting one of the leading Torah scholars in the country. Your son may bring a T-shirt to change into for the morning activity and then change into something more appropriate for the afternoon, or alternatively wear an outfit that appropriately balances both parts of the day.

Please note: the waiver may be signed by any adult and does not need to be completed specifically by a parent. If the waiver is not signed by the end of the week, we will complete it on your behalf so your child can fully participate.

Trip Itinerary – Sunday, May 3rd
Early Morning Departure
5:30 AM – Meet at the Kollel to take the Bexley Beat to CMH
6:30 AM – Flight boarding
7:00 AM – Flight departure from Columbus
8:30 AM – Arrival at Newark Airport (EWR)
Davening will begin each person individually on the flight (until Yishtabach) and continue at the
airport upon arrival (from Yishtabach - Shemonah Esrei b’tzibur)
Morning Activity
9:15 AM – Board private coach bus (breakfast served on the bus)
9:45–11:00 AM – American Dream Mall – ACTIVATE experience
Depart for Lakewood, NJ
11:15 AM – Depart for Lakewood
1:00 PM – Arrival at Beth Medrash Govoha
Lunch (Pizza, sushi and fren fries)
Opportunity to meet with a Rosh Yeshiva and experience the atmosphere of this
world-renowned yeshiva
Chesed Experience
2:00 PM – Depart for The Special Children’s Center
Visit includes:
Mincha
Guided tour
Exposure to incredible chesed in action
Meeting with leadership and a special guest
Dinner & Closing
4:00 PM – Depart for dinner
4:30 PM – Gourmet dinner at Entrée Steakhouse
Featuring a special talk from Mr. Sol Werdiger, Founder of Outerstuff, world renowned Jewish
activist and philanthropist
Return Travel
5:20 PM – Depart for Newark Airport
Ma’ariv will be davened either at the airport prior to boarding or upon arrival at the gate
Evening return flight to Columbus
